These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk2wln platform, including your account, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay, and all other services provided by pk2wln to players across Pakistan. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the platform.

pk2wln supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT for PKR transactions. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification procedures. Processing times and minimum amounts apply as published in the Payments section of the platform.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and time limits. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

By completing the registration process on the pk2wln Platform, clicking "I Agree" during any part of that process, or by continuing to access or use any part of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk2wln. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of this agreement.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor, or if you have reason to believe that a minor may be using your Account, you must immediately notify pk2wln support and take all steps necessary to prevent continued access, including activating the self-exclusion or account restriction tools described in Section 9.
To open an Account with pk2wln, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account:
One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pk2wln Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same or different personal details, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited. pk2wln reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.
Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles pk2wln to close your Account immediately and forfeit any balance.
KYC Verification: pk2wln reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Your Account may be restricted from withdrawals until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk2wln login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
Any activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised that specific action. pk2wln will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk2wln support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pk2wln will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, which may include temporarily suspending access pending investigation.
Accepted Payment Methods: pk2wln currently supports the following payment methods for PKR transactions: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice; refer to the Payments section of your Account dashboard for current options.
Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; bank transfer timings may vary depending on the issuing bank.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. pk2wln aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or where a pending fraud or security investigation is in progress.
Currency: All Account balances are denominated in PKR unless you have explicitly selected an alternative currency where available. pk2wln does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations where currency conversion is involved.
pk2wln offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer:
pk2wln reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to a player's Account, unless the promotion has been found to have been exploited in breach of these Terms.
General Conduct: All players must engage with the pk2wln Platform in good faith and in accordance with the rules specific to each game or betting market. Game-specific rules are accessible within the relevant game lobby or betting interface.
Bet Acceptance: pk2wln reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed published limits, bets placed after a market has closed, or bets placed in circumstances where a technical error has generated an obviously incorrect price or outcome.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by pk2wln in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended due to a technical issue; the bet was accepted in error due to a software malfunction; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets are refunded to the player's Account balance in full.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, pk2wln reserves the right to declare the round void and refund all wagers placed in that round. Winnings arising from a technical error are not valid and will not be paid. pk2wln's decision on matters of technical malfunction is final.
Sports Betting: For sports betting markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi, the applicable sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform govern bet settlement. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the Sportsbook rules, the Sportsbook rules prevail with respect to bet settlement matters.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk2wln Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its content.
The pk2wln name, logo, and associated branding elements are trademarks of the Platform operator. You may not use any pk2wln trademark in any context without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk2wln, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk2wln does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network environment are adequately protected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk2wln's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
pk2wln collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by pk2wln is used for the following primary purposes: Account management and authentication; KYC identity verification; fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance; customer support; and where you have provided consent, marketing communications.
pk2wln does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection services — strictly for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
pk2wln reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk2wln will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the pk2wln Platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 3.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk2wln is incorporated and holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Internal Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint relating to your pk2wln Account or any aspect of the Platform, you should first contact the pk2wln support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five (5) business days.
Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution body specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. pk2wln will cooperate fully with any such process.
Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
